Clearance and sale items are subject to specific conditions under Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy.
Clearance items
Eligible for exchange only, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the product meets our standard requirements (unused, unworn, unwashed, with original packaging and tags intact).
Reimbursements are not available for clearance items.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability, as clearance products are discontinued or superseded models.
Sale items
Sale items may be exchanged under the same eligibility conditions as standard products (30-day timeframe, resalable condition).
Sale items are not eligible for reimbursement; store credit may be offered at Bauerfeind’s discretion.
Important notes
Products showing use, damage, or missing packaging/tags will not be accepted.
Bauerfeind reserves the right to decline a request or apply a 30% restocking fee if returned items do not meet policy conditions.
