An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
How to request a cancellation

If your order has already been fulfilled
Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.
You may still submit a request for return through Bauerfeind’s Returns Portal once your parcel has been delivered.
