Can I cancel my order after order confirmation?Updated 2 hours ago

An order may be cancelled only if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once an order has been dispatched to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.


How to request a cancellation

  • Contact our customer support team promptly after placing your order.

  • Our team will confirm the order status and advise if cancellation is available.


If your order has already been fulfilled

  • Cancellations are not possible once an order has been dispatched.

  • You may still submit a request for return through Bauerfeind’s Returns Portal once your parcel has been delivered.
