Gifts purchased directly from Bauerfeind may be eligible for exchange or return, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the product meets Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility requirements
To be accepted, the gifted product must:
Be in original, resalable condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Include all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.
Not be a compression sock/stocking, insole, or custom/special order, as these are not eligible for exchange or return.
Be linked to a valid Bauerfeind order number provided at the time of request.
Exchange and reimbursement options
Gifts may be exchanged for another size or product of equal value.
Reimbursements are only available to the original purchaser’s payment method.
In most cases, a store credit will be offered to the gift recipient if a direct reimbursement cannot be processed.
