Can I exchange or return a gift?Updated 2 hours ago

Gifts purchased directly from Bauerfeind may be eligible for exchange or return, provided the request is submitted within 30 days of purchase and the product meets Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.


Eligibility requirements

To be accepted, the gifted product must:

  • Be in original, resalable condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Include all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.

  • Not be a compression sock/stocking, insole, or custom/special order, as these are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Be linked to a valid Bauerfeind order number provided at the time of request.


Exchange and reimbursement options

  • Gifts may be exchanged for another size or product of equal value.

  • Reimbursements are only available to the original purchaser’s payment method.

  • In most cases, a store credit will be offered to the gift recipient if a direct reimbursement cannot be processed.
