Can I exchange or return a product if I've used it?Updated 6 months ago

We are unable to accept exchanges or returns for used products. Our terms and conditions are in place to ensure product quality and hygiene standards are maintained. Here is a summary of our exchange and return policy:

  • Submission Within 30-days: Exchanges and return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the order purchase date.
  • Original Condition: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition, which means it should be unused, unworn, and unwashed. While you can try the product on at home for sizing, they should not have been worn during physical activities. 
  • Resalable Condition: Products must be in a resalable condition, with packaging undamaged and all product tags attached. Items without their original packaging, removed tags, or incomplete will not be accepted for exchange or return. 
  • Hygiene Concerns: Unfortunately, due to hygiene and health concerns, we cannot accept exchanges or returns for Bauerfeind Compression Socks/Stockings and Insoles. If you have questions about sizing, please reach out to our technicians for assistance. 
  • Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned as they are specifically customized for you.
