Bauerfeind products must be in their original, resalable condition to be eligible for exchange or return. This means items that have been used, worn during activity, or show signs of wear cannot be accepted.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted for exchange or return, products must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Only have been tried on at home for fit (not worn during physical activity).
Include all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.
Be free from stains, fraying, odour, or other signs of use.
Be submitted for exchange or return within 30 days of purchase.
❌ Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Products that show wear beyond a brief home try-on.
Items without original packaging or tags.
Compression socks/stockings and insoles (due to hygiene requirements).
Custom or special orders (as these are made specifically for you).
