How do I initiate the exchange or return process?Updated 15 days ago

You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy and complies with our Terms and Conditions.


✅ Eligibility Checklist

Before submitting a request, please ensure the product:

  • Is in original, resalable condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Has only been tried on at home for fit (not worn during activities).

  • Includes all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.

  • Is free from stains, fraying, odour, or other signs of wear or washing.


🚫 Not Accepted

  • Products without original packaging or tags.

  • Items showing wear beyond a brief try-on.

  • Returns not lodged within 30 days of delivery.

  • Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and custom/special orders (for hygiene and customisation reasons).

Requests that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a 30% restocking fee.
