How do I initiate the exchange or return process?Updated 7 months ago

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer exchanges and returns within 30-days from delivery, provided that the products comply with Bauerfeind's Returns Policy in accordance with our terms of purchase.

Before requesting an exchange or return, please ensure you have met our Exchanges & ReturnT&C.

  • Exchange & Return requests must be submitted within 30-days of order purchase date.
  • All products you wish to Exchange or Return must be in its original condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. You may try the products on at home for sizing however it cannot have been worn during activities.
  • Products must be in a resalable condition, packaging undamaged and all product tags attached. Exchanges & Returns without its original packaging, removed tags or incomplete will not be accepted.

If you meet our Exchanges & Returns T&C, please process your request on our Returns Portal.

Bauerfeind reserves the right to refuse an Exchange or Return request for products that exhibit signs of wear and tear beyond briefly trying on for fitting purposes. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal of exchange or a 30% restocking fee.
