You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product meets Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy and complies with our Terms and Conditions.
✅ Eligibility Checklist
Before submitting a request, please ensure the product:
Is in original, resalable condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Has only been tried on at home for fit (not worn during activities).
Includes all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.
Is free from stains, fraying, odour, or other signs of wear or washing.
🚫 Not Accepted
Products without original packaging or tags.
Items showing wear beyond a brief try-on.
Returns not lodged within 30 days of delivery.
Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and custom/special orders (for hygiene and customisation reasons).
Requests that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a 30% restocking fee.
