Accurate measurements are important for achieving the intended fit, compression and support from your Bauerfeind product.

Tips for measuring correctly

• Use a flexible/tailor's measuring tape rather than a rigid ruler or steel tape.

• Measure directly against your skin where possible, rather than over clothing.

• Keep the measuring tape flat against your body without twisting.

• Avoid pulling the tape too tightly or leaving it excessively loose.

• Follow the measurement locations shown in your product's Size Chart.

• Record your measurements in centimetres and check them against the relevant size chart.

Some Bauerfeind products require measurements at multiple points or in a specific position. Always follow the instructions for your selected product.
