Upon receipt of your parcel at our office, our goal is to complete the return process within the same business day. You can anticipate receiving notification about the outcome of the quality assessment on the day of its arrival or the following day.

Once your return is approved, you'll receive a notification confirming the processing of your return. Typically, it takes around 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in the account used for the original purchase.
