How to Measure for Your GenuTrain Knee Brace

1. Upper Leg Measurement

   • Bend your knee at a 30-degree angle.
   • Measure around your thigh 14 cm (5.5 in) above the center of your kneecap.
     
     

2. Lower Leg Measurement

   • Keep your knee bent at 30 degrees.
   • Measure around your calf 12 cm (4.75 in) below the center of your kneecap.
     
     

3. Fit Check

   • The GenuTrain should feel snug and supportive, not too tight.
