Exchanges & Returns:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer Exchanges & Returns within 30-days from purchase date, provided that the products comply with Bauerfeind's Returns Policy in accordance with our terms of purchase.
Before requesting an Exchange or Return, please ensure the following criteria is met, in accordance with Bauerfeind Terms and Conditions:
- Exchange & Return requests must be submitted within 30-days of order purchase date.
- All products you wish to Exchange or Return must be in its original condition; unused, unworn, and unwashed. You may try the products on at home for sizing however it cannot have been worn during activities.
- Products must be in a resalable condition, packaging undamaged and all product tags attached. Exchange & Returns without its original packaging, removed tags or incomplete will not be accepted.
- Due to hygiene and health concerns, we are unable to offer Exchanges or Returns for Bauerfeind Compression Socks/Stockings and Insoles. Please reach out to our talented technicians if you are unsure about your sizes.
- Custom orders cannot be Exchanged or Returned as they have specifically been customised for you.
- Exchanges for Clearance items are subject to product availability. Refunds are unavailable for sale items.
Bauerfeind reserves the right to refuse an Exchange or Return request for products that exhibit signs of wear and tear beyond briefly trying on for fitting purposes. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal of exchange or a 30% restocking fee.
