Exchanges & Returns:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer Exchanges & Returns within 30-days from delivery, provided that the products comply with Bauerfeind's Returns Policy in accordance with our terms of purchase. 

Before requesting an Exchange or Return, please ensure the following criteria is met, in accordance with Bauerfeind Terms and Conditions:

  • Exchange & Return requests must be submitted within 30-days of order purchase date.
  • All products you wish to Exchange or Return must be in its original condition; unused, unworn, and unwashed. You may try the products on at home for sizing however it cannot have been worn during activities.
  • Products must be in a resalable condition, packaging undamaged and all product tags attached. Exchange & Returns without its original packaging, removed tags or incomplete will not be accepted.
  • Due to hygiene and health concerns, we are unable to offer Exchanges or Returns for Bauerfeind Compression Socks/Stockings and Insoles. Please reach out to our talented technicians if you are unsure about your sizes.
  • Custom orders cannot be Exchanged or Returned as they have specifically been customised for you.

Please note shipping cost for Exchanges & Returns is not included in respect to any exchange of goods. 

This offer does not apply to our recovery compression socks or stockings (for hygiene purposes), or any of our custom-made products. 

Bauerfeind reserves the right to refuse an Exchange or Return request if the product is deemed used, washed, damaged or in an unsalable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal of exchange or a 20% restocking fee.
