What happens if my parcel is delayed?Updated an hour ago

Most Bauerfeind orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier network issues, peak parcel volumes, or public holidays.

Next steps

  • Use your tracking number (provided in your dispatch email) to check the latest status of your parcel.

  • If your parcel is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, we recommend also contacting the carrier directly. This can often speed up the investigation process.

  • In many cases, parcels still arrive within a few days of the original estimate.

When to contact Bauerfeind

If your tracking information has not updated for several days, or you are unable to resolve the issue directly with the carrier, please reach out to our customer support team. We can liaise with the carrier and guide you through the next steps.
