You can initiate a return within 30 days of purchase.

This 30-day window gives you time to try your item on at home and ensure it’s the right fit. If it isn’t suitable, you’re welcome to return it for a refund or store credit, provided the product meets our return eligibility criteria.

• Your 30-day timeframe starts on the date of purchase.

• Bauerfeind accepts returns only.

• Items must meet our quality, hygiene and resalable condition standards.

• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and all custom or special-order products are not eligible for return for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

• Online purchases must be returned through our AU Returns Portal.
