What is my timeframe for initiating an exchange or return?Updated 7 months ago
Our exchange and return policy allow for a 30-day timeframe from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange or return for products bought through Bauerfeind.
If you are within this timeframe, your product still needs to meet the following requirements to be accepted:
- All products you wish to Exchange or Return must be in its original condition; unused, unworn, and unwashed. You may try the products on at home for sizing however it cannot have been worn during activities.
- Products must be in a resalable condition, packaging undamaged and all product tags attached. Exchange & Returns without its original packaging, removed tags or incomplete will not be accepted.
- Due to hygiene and health concerns, we are unable to offer Exchanges or Returns for Bauerfeind Compression Socks/Stockings and Insoles. Please reach out to our talented technicians if you are unsure about your sizes.
- Custom orders cannot be Exchanged or Returned as they have specifically been customised for you.
Please note shipping cost for Exchanges & Returns is not included in respect to any exchange of goods.
Bauerfeind reserves the right to refuse an Exchange or Return request if the product is deemed used, washed, damaged or in an unsalable condition. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be subject to a refusal of exchange or a 20% restocking fee.
