You may request an exchange or return within 30 days of purchase, provided the product meets Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
✅ Eligibility Requirements
To be accepted, products must:
Be in original, resalable condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed.
Only have been tried on at home for fit (not worn during activities).
Include all original packaging and product tags, intact and undamaged.
❌ Not Eligible
Products that are used, washed, damaged, or incomplete.
Items without packaging or with removed tags.
Compression socks/stockings and insoles (for hygiene reasons).
Custom or special orders (as they are made specifically for you).
⚠️ Important Notes
Return shipping costs are not covered by Bauerfeind.
Products that do not meet policy conditions may be refused or subject to a 30% restocking fee.
