At Bauerfeind, we want you to feel confident in choosing the right support for your needs. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return your item within 30 days of purchase for either a refund or a store credit.

✔️ Return Eligibility
To ensure product quality, safety, and hygiene for all customers, returned items must be:
In original, resalable condition
Unused, unworn, unwashed, and showing no signs of activity-based wear.Tried on at home only
Items should be tested for fit indoors and not worn for sport, work, or daily activities.Complete
All original packaging, product tags, labels, instructions, and accessories must be included and undamaged.Clean and intact
Free from marks, makeup, deodorant, stains, pet hair, fraying, odours, or any sign of laundering or modification.
All returns are carefully assessed against Bauerfeind’s quality and hygiene standards before a refund or store credit is issued.
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, some items cannot be returned:
Compression socks and stockings
Insoles
Custom-made items or special orders (tailored to your specifications)
Last chance and clearance products are final sales and cannot be returned
⚠️ Important Notes
These points protect product safety, prevent misuse, and ensure compliance with consumer law:
Items not meeting return criteria may be declined or may incur a restocking fee (up to 30%).
Strong Velcro straps may catch on knit fabrics—please avoid fastening Velcro directly onto the sleeve or garment.
Sports Compression Wear should be tried on with underwear to maintain hygiene.
Damage caused by incorrect use, handling, or washing is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Products showing wear beyond a brief at-home try-on cannot be accepted.

Online purchases can be returned via our AU Returns Portal only.
In-store returns for online orders are not available to ensure consistent processing and quality assessment.
