When submitting a return request through the Returns Portal, you can choose either:

• A reimbursement to your original payment method, or

• A store credit for a future purchase.

Processing time

• Returns are quality assessed once they arrive at Bauerfeind.

• If approved, the reimbursement or store credit will be processed within 3 business days of arrival.

• Reimbursements to your original payment method may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
