Can I amend my return once it’s been submitted?Updated 3 days ago

You can amend your return request as long as your parcel hasn’t been shipped.

If your return is still in progress, simply log back into the AU Returns Portal and update your request. You can edit item details or change your preferred outcome (refund or store credit) before sending the parcel.


Once your return has shipped

If your parcel has already been sent using the provided return label, the request can no longer be edited in the portal.
If you’ve changed your mind or need something adjusted:

👉 Please contact our team and we’ll note it on your order and inform our quality assessment and processing team so they can action it when your return arrives.

We’ll always do our best to help ensure the correct outcome is processed.


What if I need to add another item?

If you have an additional item you’d like to return, simply submit a new return request through the Online Returns Portal.
