Custom and special orders are made and ordered specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for exchange or return under Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy.


Why custom orders are excluded

  • Each product is individually produced or adjusted based on your specific requirements.

  • As these items cannot be resold, they are not accepted for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.


Warranty coverage

Custom and special orders remain fully covered under Bauerfeind’s warranty provisions, in line with Australian Consumer Law. If you believe your product may have a manufacturing issue, you can still submit a warranty claim.
