Can I return a gift?Updated 2 days ago

If you received a Bauerfeind product as a gift and it’s not quite right, you could return it within 30 days of purchase for a store credit, provided the item meets our return eligibility criteria.

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a store credit to choose the correct size or select another product that suits you better.


Key things to know

  • Gift returns are eligible for store credit only.

  • The product must meet all quality, hygiene and resalable condition standards.

  • Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and custom or special-order products cannot be returned for hygiene and product-integrity reasons.

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • If the gift was purchased online, it must be returned through our online returns portal.

  • To process a gift return, you’ll need the order number and the email address of the buyer/gifter so we can locate the original purchase.
