Can I return a product if I've used it?Updated 2 days ago

Bauerfeind can only accept returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original, resalable condition.
If a product has been used, worn during activity, or shows signs of wear, it is not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit.

You’re welcome to try your item on at home for sizing, but it must remain in new condition with all packaging and tags intact.


Not eligible for return if used

Products cannot be returned if they show:

  • Wear from sport, work, or daily activity

  • Stretching, fraying, marks, deodorant, or makeup

  • Odours or signs of washing

  • Damage caused by incorrect handling or use

Additionally, for hygiene and product-integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Compression socks/stockings

  • Insoles

  • Custom or special-order products

  • Last chance and clearance items (final sale)
