Yes. Bauerfeind store credit is linked to your Bauerfeind account, making it easy to use both online and at any of our Bauerfeind retail stores.
There's no voucher or code to remember. Simply access the account your store credit was issued to.
Using your store credit online
When shopping online:
- Log in to your Bauerfeind account.
- Add your items to your cart.
- At checkout, your available Store Credit will automatically appear as a payment option.
- Select Store Credit to apply it to your purchase.
Using your store credit in-store
When visiting one of our retail stores:
- Let one of our team members know you'd like to use your store credit.
- We'll locate your available balance using your Bauerfeind account.
- Your store credit will be applied to your purchase during checkout.
If your purchase is more or less than your available credit
- If your purchase total is greater than your available store credit, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method.
- If your purchase total is less than your available store credit, the remaining balance will stay on your account and remain available until its expiry date.
