For all returns not related to a manufacturing fault, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Bauerfeind will provide you with a return shipping label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit once your return is processed.
How return shipping works
You’ll receive a Bauerfeind-issued return label through the Online Returns Portal.
The shipping fee will be clearly shown during the return process.
This fee is automatically deducted from your approved refund or store credit.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
