Do I need to pay for return shipping?Updated 15 days ago

For all returns not related to a manufacturing fault, the cost of return shipping is covered by the customer. Bauerfeind will provide you with a return shipping label, and the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit once your return is processed.


How return shipping works

  • You’ll receive a Bauerfeind-issued return label through the Online Returns Portal.

  • The shipping fee will be clearly shown during the return process.

  • This fee is automatically deducted from your approved refund or store credit.

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
