Return shipping costs for exchanges and change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns and exchanges must be processed through Bauerfeind’s Returns Portal, which will generate a prepaid shipping label for you to use when dropping your parcel at the post office.
How the process works
Exchanges: The label cost is paid at the time you confirm your exchange request.
Returns: The label cost is deducted from the approved reimbursement or store credit.
Labels are trackable, helping ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
Warranty claims
If your product is approved under a warranty claim, Bauerfeind will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you.
