Bauerfeind Australia does not offer repair services for braces, supports or compression garments.
Our products are designed to provide specific levels of support, stability and compression. Repairs or modifications may affect their intended performance and effectiveness.
If your product is damaged or no longer functioning as expected, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team before attempting any repairs.
If your product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect following a warranty assessment, our team will arrange an appropriate resolution, typically a replacement product.
Where a replacement is unavailable or no longer suitable, alternative solutions may be considered, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
