Starting a return is simple. How you initiate your return depends on where you purchased your item — online or in-store.
If you purchased online
Online orders must be returned through our AU Returns Portal within 30 days of purchase.
How to initiate your online return
Visit the Bauerfeind Online Returns Portal: AU Returns Portal.
Enter your order number (order numbers are case sensitive) and email address used at purchase.
Select the item(s) you’d like to return.
Choose your preferred outcome: refund or store credit.
Follow the steps to prepare and send your item back.
You’ll receive email updates as your return is processed.
If you purchased in-store
In-store purchases follow a different process:
For a refund
Refunds for in-store purchases must be completed at the same Bauerfeind store where you originally purchased the item.
Refunds for in-store purchases cannot be processed online.
For a store credit
If you prefer a store credit instead of returning to the store, you may return your in-store purchase through the AU Returns Portal, and a store credit will be issued once approved.
Store credit is issued via email and can be used online.
Key things to know
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Items must meet our quality, hygiene, and resalable condition standards.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Compression socks/stockings
Insoles
Custom products
Special orders
Sale and clearance items (final sale)
