Absolutely! The packaging holds essential details tailored to your brace, like reference and LOT numbers. Should the need arise for an exchange, return or warranty claim, having this information on hand will be instrumental to streamline the process.
Please note that exchanges and returns will not be accepted if the product is not in its original packaging and condition.
If you are happy with your product, we still encourage you to keep the packaging or at least take a photo of the LOT and reference information.
