If you purchased the wrong size, you’re welcome to return the item within 30 days of purchase and receive a store credit. Once your return is processed and approved, you can use your store credit to purchase the correct size.
This approach allows you to choose the perfect fit with confidence while ensuring all products meet our quality and hygiene standards.
Key things to know
Items must meet our return eligibility criteria (quality, hygiene and resalable condition).
Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and custom or special-order products are not eligible for return.
Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Online purchases must be returned through our AU Returns Portal.
Once your return is approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used to purchase the correct size.
