If you purchased the wrong size, you’re welcome to return the item within 30 days of purchase and receive a store credit. Once your return is processed and approved, you can use your store credit to purchase the correct size.

Key things to know

• Items must meet our return eligibility criteria (quality, hygiene and resalable condition).

• Compression socks/stockings, insoles, and custom or special-order products are not eligible for return.

• Sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• Online purchases must be returned through our AU Returns Portal.

• Once your return is approved, your store credit will be issued and can be used to purchase the correct size.
