What happens if my return does not meet the conditions?Updated 2 hours ago

All returns and exchanges are assessed against Bauerfeind’s Exchanges & Returns Policy. If a product does not meet the required conditions, it may not be eligible for processing.


When a return may not be accepted

A return may be declined if the product:

  • Shows signs of being used, worn during activity, washed, or damaged.

  • Is missing original packaging or product tags.

  • Falls under items that are non-returnable for hygiene or customisation reasons (compression socks/stockings, insoles, or custom orders).


Possible outcomes

  • Products that do not meet eligibility will normally be refused and returned to the customer.

  • In some cases, as a gesture of goodwill, Bauerfeind may accept the return with a 30% restocking fee applied if the product is not in perfect resalable condition.
