Why has my payment been charged more than once?Updated 4 days ago

If it looks like you've been charged more than once, don't worry — in most cases, this is not a duplicate payment.

Some banks or payment providers temporarily display multiple authorisations while your transaction is being processed. Usually, one transaction will remain while the other will automatically disappear once your bank completes the processing.

Why this can happen

A temporary duplicate transaction may occur if:

  • A payment authorisation is created before the final payment is processed.
  • A payment is retried due to a temporary connection or verification issue.
  • Your bank places a temporary hold on funds while confirming the transaction.

These authorisations are managed by your bank or payment provider and typically resolve automatically within a few business days.

What should I do?

If you believe you've been charged more than once:

  1. Allow a few business days for your bank to finalise the transaction.
  2. Check whether one of the transactions is marked as Pending or Authorised.
  3. If both transactions have been fully processed and remain on your account, please contact our Customer Support team.

We'll be happy to investigate and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
