Your return can be processed as either a refund or a store credit, depending on how and where you purchased your item.
If you purchased online
You can choose between:
Refund
Issued back to your original payment method once the return is approved.
Store Credit
Issued by email and can be used online to repurchase the correct size or select another product.
If you purchased in-store
Refund
Refunds for in-store purchases must be completed at the same Bauerfeind store where you originally purchased the item.
Store Credit
If you prefer a store credit rather than visiting the store, you may return your item through the AU Returns Portal, and a store credit will be issued once approved.
Items not eligible for refund or store credit
The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:
Compression socks/stockings
Insoles
Custom products
Special orders
Sale and clearance items
