Discounts and promotional offers apply to eligible orders placed during the promotional period.
If you return an item and place a new order, the new purchase will be assessed against the current pricing and promotions available at the time the order is placed.
If the original promotion has ended, we're generally unable to honour the previous discount on the new order.
Why?
A return and a new purchase are treated as two separate transactions.
Promotional pricing is determined by the date the new order is placed, not the date of the original purchase.
Returning an item for store credit?
If you've chosen store credit for an eligible return, you can use that credit towards a future purchase.
Any current promotions available at the time of your new order will apply in accordance with their terms and conditions.
