Yes. Clearance and end-of-line Bauerfeind products remain eligible for warranty assessment where a manufacturing defect is suspected.
Purchasing a product at a reduced price doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the way a warranty claim is assessed.
Like all Bauerfeind products, clearance items aren't covered for issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or other causes unrelated to a manufacturing defect.
As part of every warranty assessment, we consider the product's condition, reported issue, expected use and available supporting information to determine whether the issue is the result of a manufacturing defect.
