Yes. Bauerfeind offers a range of custom-made (made-to-measure) products designed specifically for your individual measurements and clinical requirements.
If a standard-sized product isn't the right solution, a custom-made product may be available depending on your needs.
What is a custom-made product?
A custom-made product is individually manufactured using your measurements to provide a personalised fit.
Depending on the product, customisation may include:
- Individual body measurements
- Specific clinical requirements
- Custom sizing
- Special design features
Because each product is manufactured specifically for you, custom-made products cannot be resold or reallocated.
How do I order a custom-made product?
Our team will guide you through the process, which may include:
- An in-store fitting appointment
- Measurements taken by one of our trained fitting specialists
- Measurements provided by your healthcare professional
- Confirmation of your product specifications before ordering
Once your measurements have been confirmed, your order will be placed with Bauerfeind Germany for manufacture.
Lead times
As each product is individually manufactured, custom-made products generally require a longer production and delivery timeframe than standard stock items.
Our team will provide an estimated lead time when your order is placed.
Important information
- Custom-made products are manufactured specifically for you.
- Full payment may be required before your order is placed.
- Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
- As outlined in our Returns Policy, custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
