Yes. Bauerfeind products are covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
Our warranty is intended to cover faults resulting from the manufacturing process. It doesn't cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect sizing, unauthorised modifications, or failure to follow the product's Instructions for Use (IFU).
As Bauerfeind products are premium medical devices designed to support movement during everyday activities, some signs of wear are expected over time and don't necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.
If you believe your product has developed a manufacturing fault, our Customer Support team can guide you through the warranty assessment process.
Every warranty claim is assessed fairly, consistently and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
