How do I lodge a warranty claim?Updated 6 days ago

We’re here to help if you believe your Bauerfeind product has a manufacturing defect.

To lodge a warranty claim, please provide the following details:

  1. Order number (MILP/BFNZ reference)

  2. Photos of the defect (clear and close-up)

  3. Photo of the LOT number (found on the product tag or outer packaging)

  4. Description of the issue and how long you've been using the product

Once submitted, our support team will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
