Bauerfeind recognises your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
The ACL provides consumer guarantees for eligible purchases. If you believe your Bauerfeind product has a manufacturing defect or doesn't meet these consumer guarantees, we'll assess your claim in accordance with our warranty process and applicable legislation.
Every warranty assessment is completed using the available evidence and the individual circumstances of the claim.
Our aim is to ensure every warranty claim is handled fairly, consistently and transparently.
