Bauerfeind's warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the product's intended function.
If you believe your product has developed a fault due to the manufacturing process, our team will assess the product to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty doesn't automatically apply because a product has become damaged or worn during use. The cause of the issue must first be determined through our warranty assessment process.
Examples of issues that may be covered include defects identified during manufacturing that affect the product's intended performance or function.
Every warranty claim is individually assessed based on:
- The condition of the product.
- The reported issue.
- Supporting information provided.
- The findings of our quality assessment.
Every warranty claim is assessed fairly, consistently and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
