What isn't covered under warranty?Updated 4 days ago
Warranty doesn't cover issues that aren't the result of a manufacturing defect.
This includes, but isn't limited to:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage caused by incorrect use or misuse.
- Accidental damage.
- Alterations, repairs or modifications made to the product.
- Failure to follow the product's Instructions for Use (IFU).
- Fit, sizing or comfort concerns where no manufacturing defect is present.
As Bauerfeind products are designed for regular use, gradual wear over time is expected and isn't considered a manufacturing defect.
Every warranty claim is assessed fairly, consistently and in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
