Your Bauerfeind product's LOT number identifies its manufacturing batch and is an important part of our warranty assessment.
Depending on the product, the LOT number can usually be found:
- On the product tag or label.
- On the outer product packaging.
When submitting a warranty claim, please provide a clear photo of the LOT number rather than typing the number where possible. This helps our team accurately identify the product and manufacturing batch.
