The LOT number allows us to identify the manufacturing batch associated with your Bauerfeind product.
As part of a warranty assessment, we can use this information to review relevant global manufacturing and quality assurance information associated with that batch.
This may include reviewing whether similar quality concerns have been identified and considering this information alongside the condition of your product, photographs and the issue you've reported.
The LOT number is one part of the overall warranty assessment and helps us investigate reported product issues accurately.
