Exchanges

Bauerfeind offers 12 months manufacturing warranty for bracing and support products, 30 days for originals compression products, and 6 months for sports compression products and insoles.

Please note that normal wear and tear or incorrect usage of the product is not considered a defect.

1. Order number (MILP/BFNZ)
2. Clear and detailed photos of the defect.
3. Clear photos of the LOT number (located on the inside tag of the product). 
4. Detailed description of defect, and timeline of usage.
